20 September is World Paella Day so we have a Valencian treat for you!
Head Chef Carlos will prepare his signature Paella which he'll cook fresh, outside on la Terraza.
He'll create three delicious fresh Paella batches for service
from 12.30 ; 14.30 & 17.00

That’s the spirit behind our next tasting event, on 7 October Meet the Maker, as Clara Verheij introduces us to her remarkable Bodegas Bentomiz winery, nestled high in the dramatic Andalusian hills of Axarquía.
Six wines. Six expressions of the breathtaking landscape – from Bentomiz Sparkling and Moscatel Sobre Lias to Rome Rosado, Tinto and David Dulce – each paired with a mouthwatering Andalusian-inspired dish, thoughtfully created by our renowned Head Chef, Carlos.
